Ingredients
3.0 tbsp Sesame Oil0.25 block Tofu, firm1.0 tbsp Honey3.0 tbsp San-J Naturally Brewed Tamari Soy Sauce, Reduced Sodium (1 Tbsp)0.5 serving Ramen Noodle - Plain, 1 block2.5 oz organic udon noodle1.0 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce)2.0 serving Fresh Express Asian Supreme Salad (2.5 cups salad, 2 Tbsp dressing)3.0 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh
Directions
Mix together honey, rooster sauce, half of oil, and soy sauce and coat on tofu cubes. Heat rest of oil on fry pan, then Sautee tofu over medium high heat, flipping once to crisp both sides. Microwave or boil chopped broccoli in water, drain, add to pan used for tofu to brown. In a deep Sautee pan, brown cooked noodles in sesame oil until lightly browned, add salad mix and dressing. Once bkended, add tofu and broccoli. Serve hot or cold! Makes 5 servings. Serving Size: 4 servings
