Ingredients
0.75 cup Milk - Skim (Non Fat) 3/4 cup.1/4 tsp Natural Sweetner, Natvia Brand, 3g (1 tsp) -1/4 tspn serving Pure Vanilla Extract 1 tsp 3 tbsp chia seeds 1 tblspn Raw Cacao Powder (1 serving = 2.5 Tbsp or 14g)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together starting with milk-in pouring jug or jar with tight kid to shake. Whisk all together, can be a bit lumpy. Mix till cacao is combined& all ingredients are well mixed.

Serving Size: Serves 2-4 depending on your appetite. I get 4 serves!
