Couscous Salad

1 c. cooked couscous, 1 c. tomatoes, diced, 1c diced cucumber, 1 c chopped green onions, 1 c parsley, chopped, 1 c dooked garbanzo beans(chick peas), 1/4 t black pepper, 1/4 c olive oil, 3/4 c lemon juice, 3 crushed garlic cloves, 1 t dry mint, 1t salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients and serve cold.
