1.30 cup Butter, unsalted 2 cup, chopped or diced Roasting Chicken, light meat 1 can (10.75 oz), prepared Cream of Celery Soup 1.50 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 2 clove Garlic 1.50 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1.50 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared 1.50 cup Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice 1.5 cup, diced Celery, raw 1 serving Bay leaves dried (serving size 1 leave) (by BMAKEDA) 1 tsp Mustard Powder, Dried Spice - 1 tsp ggg (by MG7_FIT) 2 fl. oz Sherry, dry 1 tsp Curry powder .5 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black
Sauté onions, carrots, celery & garlic in butter for 7 min, add mushrooms sauté for 2 minutes add spices, stock, and cream of celery soup. Simmer for 30 min.
