1 Package Perdue Short Cuts Carved chicken Breast - Southwestern Style 4 Wedges Laughing Cow Light Queso Fresco & Chipotle Cheese 1 Package Steamfresh Lightly Seasoned Southwestern Corn 2 tbsp Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream
1. Heat chicken in a sauté pan with a bit of water
2. While chicken heats, microwave Steamfresh corn mix
3. Combine chicken and corn into medium mixing bowl
4. While still piping hot, add laughing cow wedges and mix until evenly blended
5. Scoop into small bowls and serve with a dollop of FF sour cream to garnish if desired.
*Can also be served on top of Spanish or brown rice or chopped salad greens if desired.
