Healthy Oatmeal Apple Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup Oats, Quaker 0.75 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1.5 tsp Baking Powder 1.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground 2 tbsp Butter, salted 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 cup Honey 1 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 p Apples, fresh with skin
Directions
Mix dry ingredients plus 1/2 t salt. Melt butter and mix wet ingredients plus 1 t vanilla. Mix dry and wet ingredients and stir in apple cut in 1/4" pieces. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and then roll into 15 balls and flatten slightly on parchment paper. Bake for 12-13 minutes @ 325.
