Roasted sweet potato and black bean chilli

Ingredients
2.0 cup, cubes Sweet potato1.0 dash Salt1.0 dash Pepper, black2.0 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw4.0 clove Garlic2.5 cup Vegetable Broth2.0 can Canned Tomatoes1.0 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen1.0 tbsp ancho chilli powder4.0 cup Beans, black
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 place sweet potatoes on baking sheet, drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil and salt bake 20-25 minutes. Meanwhile heat remaining oil in large pot add onion until soft then add the bell pepper and cook 2 minutes more add the rest of the ingredients sweet potato at the end.
