Chicken and sausage wild rice soup

1.0 tbsp Salt2.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw3.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw30.0 oz Sams Club Seasoned Rotisserie Chicken5.3 serving Baby Bella Mushrooms (3 oz)10.0 serving zatarains wild rice mix16.0 oz holmes pork and venison sausage96.0 oz rachel ray low sodium chicken stock1.0 tbsp, crumbled Bay Leaf1.0 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
Remove skin and bone from chicken then chop. Slice sausage and brown. Remove from pan. Saute celery, onion, and mushrooms till softened. Add chicken, sausage and stock. Add carrots and wild rice. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30-40 minutes until rice is tender.
