Ingredients
4.0 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream960.0 Grams Cauliflower, cooked2.0 clove Garlic1.0 cup Leeks4.0 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 1 cup3.0 cup Cheddar Cheese, Kroger shredded Sharp Cheddar0.5 serving Bacon - Applegate Farms Natural Sunday Bacon1.0 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives
Directions
In 6 quart slow cooker, add chicken broth, cauliflower, leeks, garlic, 1/4 tsp pepper. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Use immersion blender to smooth. Add cheese and cream and stir. Add salt to taste, approx 1/4 tsp. Serve topped with bacon, cheese and chives Serving Size: 1.5 cup servings
