Keto Cheese Bisonburger Muffins

Ingredients
1/2 cup Almond Flour 1/2 cup Flaxseed Mea1 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Pepper, black 2 large Eggs fresh1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream 16 oz. Ground bison (buffalo) 1/2 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1/2 tsp Garlic powder 2tbsp Tomato Paste 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Partially cook Bison with Onion, Garlic powder & tomato paste, season to taste. set aside to cool.
mix all remaining ingredients (except cheese) & divide into 12 cupcake liners. Make a deep hole in each muffin & add about 1 tbsp. meat mixture into each. Bake for 15-20 minutes, pull and add cheese to top of each muffin. return to oven under broiler for 2-4 minutes to melt & brown the cheese.
top with a dollop of mayonnaise or the topping of your choose.
