3.0 lb Beef chuck4.0 medium Carrots, raw2.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.0 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium1.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh0.3 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste16.0 fl oz Red Wine
Directions
Cook beef in pot, when browned add all other ingredients, simmer until beef is fork tender and vegetables cook through.
