Chicken Corn Soup

Ingredients
32 oz Chicken, Costco Rotisserie Chicken (3oz/85gm) 1360 grams Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 5 serving Potatoe, red, flesh and skin, raw, small (170g) (by DBEAU57) 32 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared 5 serving Egg - Large (1 egg) 4 tbsp Parsley 4 tsp Morton Kosher Salt (by LIBRA3408) 2 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Pick the chicken from the bones and shred it. Dice the potatoes into 1/2 inch cubes. Hard cook the eggs. Bring 2 gallons of homemade chicken stock to a boil. Add the potatoes and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the corn and return to a simmer for 10 more minutes or until the corn is tender. Add the chicken, salt and pepper and simmer for a few more minutes. Coarsely chop the cooked eggs and add.
