Healthy apple crisp

Ingredients
4.0 cup slices Apples, fresh with skin sliced thin1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground0.12 cup Aunt Jamima Light Maple Syrup0.25 cup Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry0.12 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour0.06 cup Aunt Jamima Light Maple Syrup0.25 tsp Cinnamon, ground2.0 tbsp Coconut Oil melted
Directions
Mix apples with 1 tsp Cinnamon and 2 T maple syrup. Set aside. Mix oats with flour cinnamon melted oil and 1 T maple syrup. Put apples in 8 by 8 pancakes. Top with oat mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 min. Serve warm and top with whipped cream or ice cream as desired.
