2 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cup, diced Celery, raw 1 cup, chopped Sweet peppers (bell) 4 clove Garlic 3 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh 3 cup Cauliflower, raw 2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 2 cup Bird Eye Steamfresh Cut Green Beans 8 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 1 cup 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 cup Tomato Sauce, Hunts Sauce 2 cup 365 Organic Diced Tomatoes 2 cup Goya Dark Red Kidney Beans 1.5 cup Cut Leaf Spinach - Frozen 10 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
Onions, garlic celery, pepper cook stirring frequently in Pam spray. Add cabbage, cauliflower, carrots, green beans cook 10 minutes. Add broth water t. Sauce beans and dice tomatoes bay leaf. Bring to oil, reduce simmer partiallycovered 25 minutes, stir in spinach cook 10 minutes more, serve top with par cheese.
