3 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Vegetable Broth, 1 cup 1 serving Garlic, Minced, Spice World (garlic,water,phosphoric acid) (by HANSOMEBOY) 3 medium Carrots, raw 2 serving Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple 1360 grams Butternut Squash 1 large Onions, raw 1 tsp Coarse sea salt (by DKW001) 1 tbsp Pepper, black 9 medium (3/4" to 1" dia) Radishes 1 parsnip (9" long) Parsnips 1 cup Almond Breeze Almond Coconut Milk Blend Unsweetened
Chop everything up, add all ingredients in slow cooker (except coconut milk) and cook on high for 4 hours, then add coconut milk and use an emulsion blender to blend everything... also uses pinch of cinnamon, pinch of nutmeg, and 1/4 tsp of cayenn pepper
