15 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 5 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 1 large Onions, raw 4 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 8 cup Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium 1 cup Safeway 15-Bean Soup Mix (dry) 2 serving Barley Quaker Quick Pearled 1/3 cup (by FLORIDAGHOST) 4 cup Swanson Unsalted Cooking Stock Chicken (1 cup) (by KADUFRESNE) 3 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato 6 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
soak dry beans in water for 4 to 8 hours or overnight
add to stock pot all diced vegatables and chicken in rich low fat unsalted chicken stock. simmer for 1 hour on low . drain and rinse soaked dry beans and quick barley to the pot and continue to simmer for another hour. turn off heat and cover and let stand to complete cooking.
