2 serving Sweet Potatoes, Baked (One potato) 2 cup Tomato Sauce 9 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard 2 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar 1 tbsp Honey 0.25 tsp Salt 0.15 dash Pepper, black 0.25 tsp Garlic powder 0.25 tsp Onion powder 2 serving Stevia Extract In The Raw Sugar Substitute [1 packet] 0.5 tsp Paprika 0.5 serving Annie's Naturals Organic Worcestershire Sauce, 2 Tbsp 0.5 tbsp Chili powder 8 oz Kroger Shredded Chicken Breast (by ORIONSTARR) 0.33 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Preheat oven to 450. Pierce sweet potatoes and cook in the microwave till tender. Let cool 5 min. Scoop out sweet potatoes leaving a thin layer of flesh. Bake the skins in the oven for 5-7 minutes until crispy. in a pot combine the tomato sauce through chili powder ingredients until it boils and thickens. Mix sweet potato flesh, chicken and 1/2 c of the sauce until combined. Divide between the 4 potato skins and top with the rest of the BBQ sauce and cheese. Turn the oven to broil. Broil for about 3 minutes until cheese is melted.
