"Full of Secrets" Chocolate Chippers

½ cup flour½ cup spelt flour¼ tsp baking sodaGenerous pinch kosher saltpinch nutmeg2 tbsp soft margarine2 tbsp cream cheese, softened1 oz (about 1 tbsp + 1 tsp) muscovado or dark brown sugar.8 oz (about 5 ½ tsp) granulated sugar1 ½ tbsp mayonnaise1 tbsp vanilla1 cup chopped chocolate candy2 (16g) mini bags plain potato chips
Heat the oven to 375°F and line two baking sheets with parchment.
In a bowl, whisk together the flours, baking soda, salt and nutmeg. Set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together the margarine, cream cheese and sugars until fluffy.
Add the mayonnaise and vanilla, beating well.
Add the flour mixture, beating just until blended.
Fold in the chocolate and potato chips.
Scoop 12 cookies onto each baking sheet about 1 ½” apart.
Bake 8 minutes, until edges are golden.
Serving Size: Makes 24 (2-bite) cookies
