Crock pot garlic chicken

Ingredients
2.0 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted1.0 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Free Range Chicken Broth, 1 cup2.0 serving Baked Red Potato - Small (1.75-2.5" diameter)1.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw1.0 tbsp Garlic powder1.0 tbsp Parsley, dried1.0 tbsp Oregano, ground
Directions
Salt chicken breast, sear on each side for 3-4 mins until golden brown. Pour one cup of chicken stock into crock pot. Add 8-10 small potatoes and 1 cup baby carrots. Add chicken on top. Season to taste (salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, basil). Cook on low for 4 hours and high for 1. Keep warm until ready to eat.
