Ingredients
1 can Black Beans1 can Chick Peas 2 cans Kidney beans dark red 1.0 cup Bob's Red Mill TVP1 can Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (1/2 cup)1can diced tomatoes with green chilies1.0 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen1 tsp allspice
Directions
Add ingredients and simmer for 20-30 minutes until TVP rehydrated. Can also be cooked in crock pot on low for 3.5 hours.
