Poor Man's Soup

Ingredients
1 lb of Pork or Beef Sausage1 Head of Cabbage5 carrots chopped (Bite size pieces)or 1 Bag of Baby carrots1 can of whole tomatoes1 Large can of Vegetable Broth
Directions
Chop Sausage, Cabbage, Carrots, and Tomatoes into bite sized pieces and put into a large boiling pot. Add vegetable broth over the top and water if needed. Bring to a boil and then drop down to a simmer. Takes about 30 minutes to and hour for everything to cook together. Season to taste and serve.
