UNstuffed cabbage

Ingredients
16 oz Gold'n Plump ground chicken, 95% lean 1 medium onion, chopped1 can Crushed Tomatoes [28 oz] 1 can Diced Tomatoes [14 oz]3 Tbs white Vinegar3 Tbs Brown Sugar 8 oz can V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium 1 medium head cabbage, chunked
Directions
In large stock pot, brown meat, add onion. Cook 10 minutes. Add tomatoes, vinegar and sugar. Stir well. Add cabbage, reduce to med-low, cover and cook until cabbage wilts. Stir, recover, and repeat until cooked through. Serve with rice
