2 tbsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder 2 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 1 tsp Baking Powder 3 tbsp Cream Cheese 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 cup Kirkland low moisture part skim Mozzarella Cheese (by KAREGBEAR80) .5 cup Blue Diamond Almond Flour
mix dry ingredients.
lightly mix egg and cream cheese
microwave mozzarella in 20 second increments, stirring between, until sizzling.
mix egg and dry ingredients into mozzarella cheese
knead into ball.
roll out onto silpat, bake at 400 F for 13 minutes or until cooked through.
bake for only 8 minutes if using for pizza crust, then top with stuff and bake 5-7 min longer
