37 gram(s) Jiffy pizza crust mix (by SKITLEZ1) 8 oz Walmart Traditional Rotisary Chicken (by ESBILICK) 1 serving Bumble Bee Regular Small Shrimp, 1/4 cup/56g 3 tbsp Parmesan & Ramano grated cheese - reggano(aldi bands) 0.25 cup Kraft Mexican Style 4 Cheese Blend (2% Milk) 0.5 cup Dole Pineapple Tidbits 100% Pineapple juice 28 gram(s) Kirkland Artichoke Hearts marinated in oil 0.25 cup Contadina Pizza Sauce 2 tbsp chobani meze dip smoked onion and Parmesan (by FOREVERGEMINI) 1 serving Whey Protein Isolate - Super Advanced Whey Protein (Body Fortress) .25 cup, diced Ham, extra lean, (5% fat) 1 tbsp Basil 1 tsp Garlic powder .5 serving 2 tsp Italian Seasoning (by JULIE1933)
Make pizza crust mix with 1 scoop protein powder added. (non flavored) Follow box directions preparation. Cook crust 3 min before adding sauce and ingredients. Use Chobani for white sauce. Add ingredients the way you want them. Cook crust with added ingredients another 14 to 18 minutes on 425. Until crust is crisp and browned. Cut into squares.
