Mary Stuffed Lumaconi Giant Pasta Shells

Ingredients
3.5 cup Spaghetti Sauce - Classico Spicy Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce 1 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste 2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 4 serving mushroom, portabella cap - 1 cap-3 oz serv 3.5 serving great value diced tomato with green peppers, celery and onions 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 5 serving hemisfares lumaconi giant pasta shell 16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 15 tbsp Daisy Light Sour Cream 12 oz Breakstone's 2% Milkfat Small Curd Lowfat Cottage Cheese 0.5 cup Cheese - Mexican Blend - 2% - 4 Cheese - Shredded - Kroger
Directions
combine sauce ingredients and cook in microwave for 10 minutes
cook pasta in lightly salted boiling water with a little olive oil for 15 min
chop finely cooked chicken and half the mushrooms
add sour cream and cottage cheese and mix
drain and rinse pasta shells.
fill each shell with a couple spoons of chicken mix
place filled shells in baking dish sprayed with Pam
cover the filled pasta shells with pasta sauce retaining 2 cups sauce
sprinkle shredded cheese lightly over top
bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes
