Ingredients
.5 cup Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Spinach, fresh .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tbsp Butter, salted .5 cup Tomatoes - sm cherry tomatoes
Directions
Cook onions in butter, add spinach and mixed eggs and ricotta, cook in 400 degree oven for 14 mins
