Chicken Lentil Soup

Ingredients
0.5 tsp Turmeric, ground1.0 cube Chicken bouillon1.0 medium Carrots, raw1.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw1.0 small Onions, raw2.0 serving Chicken-Perdue Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 4oz1.0 cup Lentils - Soaked - 1/4 cup lentils to 3/4 cup water
Directions
Soak lentils overnight. Prep veggies, and slice into uniform size pieces, sear chicken breasts with olive oil or in drippings from cooking sausage (if you added it) add 1 cup of water to meat pan to deglaze. In a stock pot add all ingredients plus deglazing liquid and 4-5 cups of water (depending how thin you like your soup) salt and pepper to taste. Simmer on medium 15 - 20 minuets until lentils are soft. Serving Size: 1 cup servings
