.5 cup, mashed Pumpkin, cooked 1 cup Spaghetti, cooked without added salt (pasta) 1 tbsp Butter, unsalted 1 clove Garlic 1 cup Whipped Cream, pressurized .5 cup Pumpkin, Canned Puree (by JULES616000) 4 oz Goat Cheese, Soft 1 oz Cheese, Parmigiano, 1 oz (by 123MISSKITTY) 1 tbsp Sage - Fresh (by LMDWYER) .25 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice 1 tbsp Butter, unsalted 1 tbsp Sage - Fresh (by LMDWYER)
Cook pasta as directed on package.
Melt butter in pan over medium heat, add garlic and cook until fragrant about a 1 min.Add pumpkin puree,cream and goat cheese parmesan, sage and pumpkin spice and simmer until the cheese melts. Remover from heat and salt and pepper .
Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat , let it turn a light brown annd add the sage and fry until crispy. Serve hot over the pasta garnished with more parmesan and crispy fried sage.
