0.66 cup Mixed Vegetables (Frozen) 1.5 oz Ham Steak (cubed) 2 oz V8 Original 100% Vegetable Juice .75 cup Swanson 100% Natural Chicken Broth .25 cup Vegetable Broth
1. Pour 32 oz. chicken broth, 20 oz vegetable broth, 23 oz V8 juice (about half the bottle) into a large pot.
2. Add 40 oz bag of frozen mixed vegetables
3. Cube ham steak and add it to the mix (1 hole ham steak - 8 oz)
4. Add seasonings to your taste (salt, pepper, seasoning salt, etc.)
5. Bring to boil and reduce heat to simmer. Stir regularly to avoid scorching. Simmer for about 20 minutes.
If you want it more soupy, add water.
