1.0 tsp Garlic powder0.5 tsp Pepper, black0.1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne0.5 tsp Salt1.0 tbsp chopped Onions, raw6.0 tbsp Pimentos8.0 oz Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese12.0 oz Kraft 2% Mild Cheddar Cheese6.0 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice6.0 tbsp Dukes Mayonnaise2.0 cup cheese, Kraft 2% milk, Sharp Cheddar Cheese1.5 cup Great value medium cheddar
Let cream cheese come to room temp. then drain the Pimentos and add the pimentos, spices, cream cheese, mayo, onion and lemon juice to a medium mixing bowl and mix with an electric mixer on low til everything is incorporated. Then beat in the cheeses and store in the fridge up to 1.5 weeks.
