Slow Cooker Beef Barbecue

Ingredients
3 lb Beef chuck, arm pot roast1 tsp Garlic powder1 tsp Onion powder1 onion, chopped18 oz Barbecue SauceSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Place all ingredients into the slow cooker. Cook on low for 8 hours (or so).

Remove meat from slow cooker and shred, then return to the slow cooker for another hour. Serve hot.
