Ingredients
1 serving Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (1/2 cup) 3 tbsp Honey 1 container (8 oz) Yogurt, plain, low fat
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender. Add 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ginger, and 1/8 tsp cloves -- maybe a tad less. Blend. Drink. For and ice cold smoothie, freeze pumpkin in ice cube trays first.
