No Fail Pie Crust

2 cups white flour1/3 cup 1% milk 2 tsp baking powder1/2 cup peanut or canola oil
Directions
Mix all ingredients with Mixer. Let rest for 15 minutes while making filling. Roll out between waxed paper. loosen paper on both sides and then lift onto pie pan.
