10 oz boneless skinless chicken breast1 tbsp finely chopped garlic cloves1/3 cup onion finely chopped1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil2 tbsp balsamic vinegar1 tsp basil1 tsp oregano1 cup chopped green pepper1 cup chopped zucchini2 tbsp balsamic vinegar1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil2 oz whole wheat spaghetti noodles (dry)1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
chop garlic and onions. slice raw chicken into bite-size pieces. place in frying pan with 1 tbsp olive oil and 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, along with basil and oregano. cook until chicken is done.
while chicken is cooking, boil spaghetti noodles and chop pepper and zucchini. when chicken is cooked, add peppers and zucchini along with 1 tbsp olive oil and 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar and simmer.
drain spaghetti and add to frying pan with chicken and vegetables. add one more tbsp balsamic vinegar and simmer.
