Buttery Oven-Roasted Cauliflower - Keto friendly

Ingredients
746 grams Cauliflower, raw (about 1 bag from Costco, with extra stems removed)73 gram(s) Butter (Kerrygold) Pure Irish Gold Foil 1T=14g, melted46 grams Olive Oil 24 tsp Cheese (Grated) - Parmesan Cheese - Kraft 100%
Directions
Toss cauli with butter & oil, spread on parchment-covered cookie sheet. Sprinkle with salt & pepper, to taste.
Bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes. Flip pieces and cook another 10-15 or until starting to turn brown and crisp on edges. (The more brown, the tastier!) Sprinkle with parm and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
