Apple cinnamon cake

Ingredients
3.0 cup slices Apples, cooked without skin1.5 cup Flour, white2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract1.25 cup Granulated Sugar1.5 tsp Baking Powder1.0 stick Butter, unsalted1.0 serving(s) Yobaby apple yogurt0.5 cup Low fat cream cheese0.25 cup, packed Brown Sugar.25 tsp salt2 tbsp cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Peel and chop apples coarsely. Mix butter, sugar, yogurt, cream cheese and vanilla in a bowl. In another bowl, mix flour, salt and baking powder. Mix another .25 cups sugar and cinnamon with chopped apples, and let sit for 5-10 minutes. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Then fold in apples. Mix a little butter, sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over top of batter. Pour into greased cake pan and bake for an hour or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
