Chili Cilantro Lime Chicken

Ingredients
2 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime 4 tbsp Cilantro, raw 32 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 1 tsp Red pepper flakes 2 tbsp Olive Oil 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 3 clove Garlic 0.25 tbsp Honey
Directions
Cut green bell pepper into strips. Chop mushrooms. Place pepper, mushrooms, and chicken onto a foil line pan (preferably with edges to catch juice from chicken) Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Rest for 5 minutes then slice and serve on salad, rice, noodles, or tortillas! Serving Size: 4 oz
