Smashed Garlic Parm Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower1 tbs minced garlic1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated1/8 tsp garlic pepper or to taste(best spice!)
Directions
break up cauliflower and steam until soft
mash cauliflower while hot in food processor
add garlic, parmesan cheese, and garlic pepper
mix in ingredients and serve
