1.5 cups romaine lettuce1/8 cup walnut pieces1/2 serving of craisins (any flavor)1 cubic inch of blue cheese
Directions
Combine all ingredients & top with your favorite light salad dressing. It is great with the Lowfat Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing on this site! Add grilled chicken for a healthy meal, or add to any meal as a side dish.
