LCHF Coconut Pancakes

Ingredients
1.0 tbsp coconut flour1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.06 tsp Baking Powder1.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted1.0 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream1.0 dash Salt0.06 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Preheat griddle/pan and butter. In one bowl, combine coconut flour and baking powder. In another, combine all other ingredients. Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Once a few drops of water dance on top of griddle/pan, spoon batter on to it. Cook until golden along edges, then flip and cook a couple of minutes more. Was then however you enjoy pancakes!
