1.0 tbsp coconut flour1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.06 tsp Baking Powder1.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted1.0 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream1.0 dash Salt0.06 tsp Vanilla Extract
Preheat griddle/pan and butter. In one bowl, combine coconut flour and baking powder. In another, combine all other ingredients. Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
Once a few drops of water dance on top of griddle/pan, spoon batter on to it. Cook until golden along edges, then flip and cook a couple of minutes more.
Was then however you enjoy pancakes!
