2 cup Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, wedges in tomato juice 4 serving Bush's Low Sodium Black Beans 20 oz Ground beef, lean 2 cup Beans, white 2 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 2 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes
Place all ground beef in bottom of slow cooker. Add salt and pepper to taste. Top with mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes, and beans, and stir together. Turn on slow cooker for 2 hours at High heat. Halfway through, stir up meat to break apart. After cooking, drain fat and extra juice so chili is chunky but not so greasy.
