Ingredients
1 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1/2 tbsp Butter, unsalted - melted1/8 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
Melt butter
Mix all ingredients in a wide mouthed mug
Microwave for 90 sec
Allow to cool, then cut in half

Serving Size: Makes 1 muffin in a mug
