SW Style "everything but the sink" soup

Ingredients
16 oz Pork Tenderloin 2 cup Leeks 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup diced Potato, raw 2 cup Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, with green chilies 1 cup Cento Tomato Puree (by IONLYDOGPADDLE) 1 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips
Directions
Throw Everything into the pot and simmer for 2 hours.

* I started with an already cooked and frozen Pork tenderloin; I thawed it and cut it into 1/2 inch diced chunks.
