Tomato cucumber salad

Ingredients
4 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Red Ripe Tomatoes 1 large (8-1/4" long) Cucumber (peeled) 30 gram(s) Feta Cheese (Tre Stelle, light feta) 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value)
Directions
Slice tomatoes cucumber and add feta into a large bowl. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil and 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar. Add salt and pepper to taste, mix and enjoy.
