Swiss Veggie Frittata

Ingredients
2 tbsp Olive Oil 2 cup Asparagus, fresh 1 oz Red bell pepper, raw, diced (1 oz) (by AGENTTHIRTEEN) 4 tbsp chopped Shallots 2 serving Clove of Garlic (by BCOH1478) 6 serving Extra Large egg, fresh (1 egg) 0.25 tsp Coarse Kosher Salt, Morton (by DJARTIST) .25 tsp Pepper, black 1.33 serving Cheese Swiss, Ultra Thin, Sargento 3 slices)
Directions
Heat oil in 10 - inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add asparagus, bell pepper, shallots and minced garlic; sauté 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Beat eggs with salt and pepper; pour over vegetables in skillet. Reduce heat to low; cover and cook minute or until top of egg mixture is set, 6 to 8 minutes. Arrange cheese over eggs; cover and cook 1 minute or until cheese is melted. Cut into four wedges.
