Ingredients
Directions
2 medium cans Albacore Tuna in water, drained (The cans that have 2.5 servings are the size I used.)1 stalk celery, diced1/2 medium red onion, diced1 egg1 tbsp Miracle Whip Lite Dressing8 Fat Free Saltine Crackerscooking spray
Combine tuna, celery, onion, egg, dressing, and cruched crackers in a bowl and mix well.
Form into 10 small patties.
Heat pan to medium and spray with non-stick spray. Brown patties for about 5 minutes on each side. I could only fit 5 in a pan at a time so it took me about 20 minutes to cook the whole batch.
Serve with tartar sauce (not included in nutritionals).
Nutrition is for 1 patty. I ate 4, hubby ate 6 for dinner, but these would be great as appetizers too.
