Cube steak with milk gravy

Ingredients
4 serving Beef Cube Steak 3 oz 2 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 0.25 cup Flour, white 2 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil 4 slice Bread, white (white bread)
Directions
Sautee steak in vegetable oil. Stir flour into drippings to make a roux. Slowly stir in the milk to make gravy. Serve steak and bread with gravy poured over top.

Serving Size: 4 3 oz peices of steak, 1 piece bread, about 1/2 cup gravy
