Angel's Taco Salad

Ingredients
1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground1.0 tsp Garlic powder1.0 tsp Nutmeg, ground1.0 medium Cucumber (peeled)0.5 bag (7-1/2 oz) Tortilla Chips2.0 cup Baby Spinach (raw)3.0 cup Iceberg lettuce Marketside classic,lettuce,red cabage,carrots8.0 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck8.0 serving cheese, Kraft Italian 5 cheese blend (1 oz or 1/4 cup)4.0 tbsp Daisy Brand Sour Cream1.0 tsp Italian Seasoning
Directions
Brown the ground beef. Drain. Set aside. If using salad mix, empty into bowl. Tear spinach into smaller pieces. Add to bowl. Peel and chop cucumber, add to bowl. Add ground beef. Stir with large wooden spoon. Add cheese. Mix. Crush Tortilla chips over salad, stir. Repeat until you have desired amount of chips. Stir all together. Scoop out three cups of mixture into plate or bowl. Add 4 TBSP sour cream. Or desired amount. Toss lightly. Eat and enjoy. Serving Size: Makes 6 3-Cup servings
