Easy Turkey a la King

Ingredients
2 cup, chopped or diced Turkey (light meat) 3 Tbsp. Butter Land O Lakes Light Butter w/Canola oil 1 tbsp 0.25 cup Great Value White all purpose flour (by DBURKS25) 2 cup Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Almond Milk Unsweetened Original 0.75 cup Birds Eye Steam Fresh Frozen Vegetables (Mixed Veggies) cooked 1 Tbsp. Corn Starch Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Make a roux out of the butter and flour. Cook for about 5 minutes, just long enough to take the raw flour flavor out. Add the milk slowly. Once the milk is incorporated add the chopped turkey and cooked veggies. Add salt and pepper to taste. If the sauce is too thin mix the corn starch with a little of the milk and stir into the sauce to thicken. Enjoy!
