Crack Chicken

Ingredients
2- 8oz pkgs Cream Cheese 2.5-3 lb Chicken Breast 1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Fiesta Dip or regular Ranch mix4 Pepperoncini peppers (optional)
Directions
Place chicken breasts on bottom of slow cooker. Place 2 8 oz pkgs of cream cheese on top, sprinkle package of ranch over chicken and cream cheese. Place 4 peppers around the edge of slow cooker. Cook on low 6 hours, fork shred chicken and mix together. Delicious by itself, or serve over mashed cauliflower if low carbing, rice or mashed potatoes if not.
